"Win A Spa Day For Mothers Day" Sweepstakes

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Tiny Spa LLC, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to enter.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 6th at 3:00pm and ends on May 10th at 11:59pm (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter:

A. Purchase Entry:

Receive one (1) entry for a qualifying purchase made of “The Baby Skincare Book” Kindle or Paper back version during the Entry Period. Send a Text or Email including the proof of your purchase, your full name, email and phone number.

B. Free Mail-In Entry:

To enter without making a purchase, mail a 3"x5" card with your full name, phone number, and email address to:

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

A Solo Spa Day that includes a Spa Day 30min Facial and 30min Massage

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $[300].

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the sponsor's discretion.

The winner will work with The Tiny Spa staff to coordinate a day and time that works best for both to host the Solo Spa Day.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 11th 2025. The winner will be notified by phone or email within five (5) business days. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering or violating the rules.
